Vehicle or Trailer Bookings

Pool Vehicles – Christchurch Base

GCH Aviation provides pool vehicles for staff use at the Christchurch base.

All vehicles must be signed out through the Reception team.

 

Reception will enter the booking into the vehicle calendar, so please advise:

• Where you are going

• How long you will require the vehicle

Drivers are responsible for ensuring all vehicles are:

• Kept clean and tidy

• Returned well-fuelled

​

Each vehicle is equipped with a fuel card.

Trailer Use

The trailer may also be booked for personal use. Please discuss availability with the Reception team.

Specialised Vehicles

If you require a specialised vehicle (e.g. a ute for towing), please let the Reception team know in advance so arrangements can be made.
