Eligible full-time employees receive Southern Cross Health Society Wellbeing Two medical insurance. Optional add-on modules and family cover are available at the employee’s cost. You will be contacted by our Southern Cross member if you opt into this scheme. If you wish to opt out at any point please contact your manager and the team at Southern Cross.
The Southern Cross App allows you to lodge claims and manage your policy, while CareHQ provides access to virtual GP appointments for quick and convenient medical advice. Both apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
