How to apply for an Aviation Security (AvSec) Card or renew your AvSec Card

1. Fill out the Aviation Security Card application form.

2. List your employer as GCH Aviation (this applies to both contractors and GCH employees).

3. Ensure your job title is correct on the form.

4. Provide photos of the front and back of your driver licence.

5. If you were born outside New Zealand, provide a photo of your New Zealand passport.

6. If you do not hold a New Zealand passport, provide:

   • A photo of your passport, and

   • Your permanent residency or valid work visa/permit.

7. Provide a passport-style photo of yourself, ensuring:

   • White background

   • Shoulders up

   • No glasses

   • No smiling

   • Hair not covering your face
